Avast Premium Security is an Avast product that offers antivirus protection and advanced security for your PC against online threats. It allows users to safely shop and bank online, avoid fake websites and phishing scams, block web spies, and more. Avast Premium Security also includes key features from Avast Internet Security and Avast Premier products, both of which no longer exist.

Overview of Avast Clear
Avast leaves a lot of garbage behind the computer and in the registry. Especially troublesome registry entries can, for example, be an obstacle to installing another antivirus Avast after. In such cases, you can use a particular utility, Avast! Clear.
Sometimes, it's impossible to uninstall Avast using the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in the control panel. In this case, you can use this uninstallation utility, avastclear.

You should first run through the regular uninstaller for your avast! Tool, or you will find that this utility has no effect. If you have other anti-malware software installed, Avast Clear (Uninstall Utility) may be flagged as suspicious, but it is perfectly safe.

Overview of AVG Clear
AVG provides AVG Clear and is the last resort to use if you have a problem removing your current AVG, whether it's a failed repair, reinstall, or complete removal.
Please remember that all AVG user settings will be removed after the uninstallation. Removing items include content from the Virus Vault and all other items related to AVG installation and use.
You will need to restart your computer once you're finished, so be sure to complete your work and save all relevant data before launching AVG Remover.
Other apps exist that can do this, including IObit, Revo, and Wise. We recommend using one unless AVG support asks you to use this. Finally, AVG Remover is one of those tools most techs will want on hand if you need it.
